Methodology

The InterActive Marketing Group is an outside think tank working with senior management to reevaluate, validate, or change marketing and communications for the new future. We work with business or industry groups and trade associations. We are not an advertising agency. We define concepts and make recommendations. We are hired on a project basis and compensated by the hour.

Essentially, we employ a three-stage process.

1. RESEARCH AND ANALYSE - Identify your company vision, mission statement, objectives, marketing strategy, and core values from your own company perspective, industry perspective, and from the consumer perspective. In the process, we conduct secondary and new primary research.

2. RECOMMEND MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY - We validate, tweak, or change direction and positioning for the new future. We redefine vision, target markets, core values, mission and objectives crafting new marketing strategy.

3. DEVELOP AND FORMULATE NEW COMMUNICATIONS CONCEPTS - We recommend and validate new advertising and media concepts that will work with redefined strategy in the new future.
